Riverbank Outlaws Youth Football & Cheer — Mission Statement
The Riverbank Outlaws Youth Football & Cheer is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing an instructional football and cheer program for local youth. Our mission is to instill the values of sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, unity, integrity, pride, and respect in every participant and within the community we serve.
We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where children can learn the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, develop their individual skills, and grow as contributing members of a team. Our program emphasizes teamwork over individual recognition, fostering lasting friendships, meaningful memories, and a genuine love for the game.
At Riverbank Outlaws Youth Football & Cheer, we believe success is measured not by personal glory, but by the strength of our unity and the positive impact we have on every child—because we exist for the benefit of all kids and the entire team.

This is achieved by way of competition. The Outlaws will be known for encouraging academic excellence, challenging football, good sportsmanship and fun. Our vision is to instill in our youth a sense of pride, high self-esteem, and moral courage as vehicles for developing exceptional and highly productive members of society.
